How do I register a new IP Asset?

You can upload or link an asset directly from your dashboard, then tag rights, ownership, and distribution rules in one guided flow. The asset becomes instantly available for deals, usage tracking, and license requests.

What happens when my free trial ends?

Your workspace stays intact, and you can upgrade at any time to keep using premium features. If you choose not to subscribe, your data remains accessible in read-only mode.

How does payout work?

We automatically calculate royalties from usage activity and send payouts to your connected bank account on a scheduled basis. You can track earnings and settlement histories in real time.

What integrations are currently supported?

Integrations are currently in beta as we expand our ecosystem, with early support for core data and workflow connections. Over time, we plan to integrate with major ERPs, e-commerce channels, and financial systems to seamlessly plug Aydea into your existing operations.

How secure is my data?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in isolated tenant enviornments, and protected with multi-layer access controls. We never share or sell your information - security is built into the core of our platform.

What should I do if I can’t access my account?
